- Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
- Preheat oven to
200 °C - Mix (i) together in a bowl1000 g potatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Add the potatoes to a baking tray with baking paper
- Season with (i)salt
- Bake in the oven for 60 minutes (timer)
- Do not open the oven door
- If necessary leave them an extra few minutes under the grill to add more colour
- Garnish with (i)1 handful estragon
