Oyster mushroom cream sauce
This recipe for a creamy oyster mushroom sauce is a classic, it is full of flavour and easy to make
Ingredients (i)
15 g butter
250 g oyster mushrooms - clean with a dry brush, cut off the stem then slice the biggest ones
250 ml heavy cream 36%
salt - to your taste
black pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
- Heat a sauté pan and add (i)15 g butter
- Add (i) and fry for 2 minutes250 g oyster mushrooms
- Season with (i)salt, black pepper
- Add (i) and let it simmer for 4 minutes250 ml heavy cream 36%
