1 clove garlic - peel and finely grate
50 ml olive oil extra virgin
10 ml olive oil extra virgin - final decoration
2 teaspoons lemon juice - freshly squeezed
2 cucumbers - peel, cut in halves, remove seeds and coarsely grate. Keep some of the peel for final decoration - rinse before use
