  • green bean400 g green beans - remove the stem - rinse before use
  • saltsalt - to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Bring a casserole of water to the boil
  • Add (i) and cook for 3-5 minute and still tender
    400 g green beans, salt
  • Drain of the water
  • Serve

Notes

Buy the green beans as fresh as possible and with the stem still on, since this makes them stay fresh for longer
The easiest way to remove the stem is using a pair of scissors
To maintain the fresh green colour plunge the beans into ice water for a short while after cooking
