  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil
  • Cook (i) in salted water according to the package but only half the time indicated
    400 g spaghetti pasta
  • Keep the cooking water for later
  • At the same time start with the rest of the dish
  • Heat a casserole big enough for the final dish and add (i)

  • Let it simmer on low heat
  • Add the cooked pasta to the casserole with a kitchen tong

  • Lower the temperature to a minimum
  • Add (i) little by little, tossing constantly
    175 g parmesan cheese

    cooking water
  • Continue until creamy texture
  • Serve immediately
