Instructions
Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
Heat a frying pan and add (i)
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Add (i) and fry and stir on medium heat until softened
1 pointed cabbage
Add (i)
100 ml water
Stir to lower the temperature
Season with (i)
salt, black pepper
Mix (i) together in a "shaker" until smooth consistency without lumps
2 tablespoons plain flour T55, 400 ml milk 1,5%
Add the mix and cook gently for 10 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
Adjust with some more liquid if too thick
Adjust the seasoning with (i)
salt, black pepper
Serve
Notes
To “mix” flour with a cold liquid you can use any container that can be closed and stays closed while shakingThe milk can be replaced with water if you preferThis recipe can also be made with other type of cabbage
