  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil
  • Cook (i) in salted water according to the package but still al dente
    400 g spaghetti pasta
  • Keep the cooking water for later
  • At the same time start with the rest of the dish
  • Heat a sauté pan big enough for the final dish and add (i)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently for 2-3 minutes
    3 cloves garlic
  • Season with (i)
    black pepper
  • Add (i) and stir for a few minutes, until you get a creamy texture
    200 ml cooking water, 330 g cream cheese
  • Lower the temperature to a minimum
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauté pan with a kitchen tong
  • Stir everything together
  • Add more cooking water if necessary
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Serve immediately
