  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 200 °C
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add (i)
    0,5 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has softened and translucent, about 5 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
    0,5 onion, 1 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 1 minute
    70 g cooked ham slices
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has collapsed, stirring now and then
    60 g baby spinach
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool a bit
  • Prepare an ovenproof dish and brush it with oil
  • Mix (i) together in a bowl with a fork
    3 eggs, 3 tablespoons heavy cream 36%
  • Season generously with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Stir in the cooked mixture
  • Stir in (i)
    60 g emmentaler cheese
  • Transfer it to an ovenproof dish
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (timer), or until golden
  • Serve
