Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil
  • Cook (i) in salted water according to the package
    500 g gnocchi
  • Put aside for later
  • At the same time start with the rest of the dish
  • Heat a sauté pan big enough for the final dish and add (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add the heads and shells from the prawns
  • Add (i) and fry and stir gently for 3 minutes
    125 g cherry tomatoes, 1 clove garlic
  • Add (i) and fry and stir on high heat, for 4 minutes
    150 ml chicken broth
  • Strain it into a bowl
  • Put aside for later
  • Heat a sauté pan and add (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook for 0,5 minute
    1 pinch chili flakes, 1 clove garlic
  • Add (i) and stir for a few minutes, until the prawns are cooked and pink
    400 g prawns, 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • Stir in the gnocchi and the reserved sauce
  • Season with (i)
    black pepper, salt
  • Add (i) on top
    0,5 handful basil
  • Serve immediately

Notes

You can use frozen fresh prawns instead of fresh, just defrost them before use
