Pork back ribs

Short facts : Comes from the upper part of the ribcage and have different size in each end

Pork back ribs are a popular cut of pork that comes from the back of the pig, specifically the area between the spine and the spare ribs. These ribs are known for their tender, juicy meat and rich flavour. They typically have more meat on them compared to other cuts of ribs, such as baby back ribs. Pork back ribs are often cooked using methods like grilling, smoking or slow-roasting to bring out their delicious flavour and tenderness. They are a favourite at summer barbecues and gatherings.

You can also use pork spare ribs which is a more expensive cut. The difference is that pork back ribs are taken from the animals back at the upper part of the ribcage and have different size in each end, while spare ribs come from the lower part and have more fat and meat and have an equal size at each end.
