  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Mix (i) together in a bowl
    3 eggs
  • Season gently with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Put aside for later
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan and add (i)
    1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 3-4 minute
    0,5 red bell pepper
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 1-2 minute
    1 spring onion
  • Add the egg mix and let it cook over medium heat until almost set
  • Spread (i) evenly
    15 g cheddar cheese
  • Fold gently the omelette in half
  • Decorate with (i)
    spring onion
  • Served with (i)
    1 tomato

Notes

Use a wooden fork or another kitchen utensil that do not scratch the surface of the pan
You can replace the cheddar cheese with a similar type of cheese
