Ingredients (i)
 

  • curly kale400 g curly kale - de-stem the sturdy greens by cutting along the edge of the stalk with the tip of the knife - rinse before use
  • olive oil2 tablespoons olive oil
  • garlic4 cloves garlic - peel and finely grate
  • dry white wine100 ml dry white wine
  • water100 ml water
  • gnocchi500 g gnocchi
  • olive oil4 tablespoon olive oil - to sprinkle with
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to without fan200 °C
  • Bring a large casserole of water to the boil
  • Add (i) and boil for 1 minute
    400 g curly kale
  • Drain of the water
  • Put aside for later
  • Heat a casserole big enough for the final dish and add (i)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and stir for 20 seconds
    4 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and bring to a simmer
    100 ml dry white wine, 100 ml water
  • Return the leaves to the casserole
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Add (i) and mix it together
    500 g gnocchi
  • Transfer it to an ovenproof dish
  • Flatten it evenly
  • Sprinkle with (i)
    4 tablespoon olive oil
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (timer)
  • Serve
