Ingredients (i)
 

  • olive oil1 tablespoons olive oil
  • olive oil2 tablespoons olive oil - to drizzle with
  • garlic4 cloves garlic - peel and finely grate
  • dry white wine100 ml dry white wine
  • water100 ml water
  • bok choy1 bok choy - cut into slices of 1 centimetre for the white and 2 centimetres for the green part - rinse before use
  • gnocchi500 g gnocchi
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to without fan200 °C
  • Heat an ovenproof sauté pan big enough for the final dish on medium heat
  • Add (i)
    1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 0,5 minutes
    4 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and bring to a boil and let it simmer for 2 minutes
    100 ml dry white wine, 100 ml water, 1 bok choy
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 2 minutes
    500 g gnocchi
  • Flatten it evenly
  • Drizzle with (i) on top
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (timer)
  • Serve

Notes

If served for dinner count double portion per person 
Can also be made in a sauté pan and then transferred to an ovenprof dish
