Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Add (i) into a food processor
    330 g jarred roasted red bell peppers, 70 g tomato paste, 6 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons ground coriander, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper
  • Let it run for several minutes until you obtain a smooth texture
  • When done put aside for use in different dishes

Notes

Add grounded cayenne pepper to your taste but be careful and taste it first
Can be stored in the fridge for 2 to 3 weeks
Can be frozen for up to 2 to 3 months. For easy use freeze it as individual portions or cubes using an ice cube tray
