Instructions

Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting

Preheat oven to

▢
Fill a casserole with water
▢
Add (i)
800 g baby potatoes,
1 teaspoon olive oil,
salt
▢
Bring to a simmer and let it simmer for 10 minutes

with the lid on

Drain off the water
▢
Put the potatoes into an ovenproof dish
▢
Add (i)
1 tablespoons olive oil

Season generously with (i)

black pepper

Mix everything together
▢
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Turn everything over halfway through

At the mean time

Heat a frying pan on medium heat

Add (i) and stir until softened, 5 minutes
