Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 200 °C
  • Loosen the skin from the chicken breast (i) using your finger
    2 chicken breasts skin-on
  • Spread (i) evenly under the skin
    75 g goat cheese pyramid
  • Transfer them to an ovenproof dish
  • Drizzle with (i)
    1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (timer) until golden brown
  • If necessary leave them an extra few minutes under the grill to add more colour
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes (timer)
  • Serve

Notes

To improve this dish buy the chicken breasts skin-on and bone-in and debone them yourself
