Ingredients (i)
 

  • carrot200 g carrots - peel and cut into 5 centimetre pieces then cut in halves lengthwise
  • saltsalt - to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Fill a casserole with water
  • Add (i) put the lid on and bring to a boil
    200 g carrots, salt
  • Remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes (timer), while keeping the lid on
  • It can remain like this for 15 minutes or more and still be perfectly and tenderly cooked
  • Drain of the water
  • Serve
