Ingredients (i)
 

  • olive oil1 tablespoon olive oil
  • garlic4 cloves garlic - peel and finely grate
  • broccoli500 g broccoli - cut into florets and lengthwise if too big, cut the stem lengthwise in quarters and then into smaller pieces - rinse before use
  • water100 ml water
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan with a lid on medium heat and add (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and stir for 30 seconds
    4 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and stir it together
    500 g broccoli
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Add (i)
    100 ml water
  • Let it steam with the lid on until the water has evaporated and the broccoli is tender
  • Serve
