Ingredients (i)
 

  • olive oil2 tablespoons olive oil
  • garlic3 cloves garlic - peel and cut into fine slices
  • broccolini200 g broccolini - slice off the dry end of the stem - rinse before use
  • water30 ml water
  • lemon juice30 ml lemon juice - freshly squeezed
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan on medium heat and add (i)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 30 seconds
    3 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 2 minute
    200 g broccolini, salt, black pepper
  • Add (i) cover with a lid and cook gently for 3-5 minutes, stirring now and then
    30 ml water
  • Remove from the heat
  • Add (i) and toss it together
    30 ml lemon juice
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Serve
