Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan and add (i)
    400 g spinach
  • Cook gently with the lid on until collapsed
  • Add (i) and bring to a simmer
    250 ml heavy cream 36%
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Cook it gently on low heat until you get a creamy texture, stirring now and then
  • Serve
