Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 200 °C
  • Fill a casserole with water
  • Add (i)
    800 g baby potatoes, 1 teaspoon olive oil, salt
  • Bring to a simmer and let it simmer for 10 minutes (timer) with the lid on
  • Drain off the water
  • Put the potatoes into an ovenproof dish
  • Add (i)
    1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Season generously with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Mix everything together
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (timer)
  • Turn everything over halfway through
  • At the mean time
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat
  • Add (i)
    1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and stir until softened, 5 minutes (timer)
    2 leeks
  • Add (i) and stir for 1 minute
    4 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and bring to the boil
    150 ml heavy cream 36%, 150 ml water, 2 tablespoons capers
  • Remove from the heat
  • Add (i) and stir it together
    4 tablespoons chive
  • Pour the mix over the potatoes
  • Mix everything together
  • Add (i) on top with skinless side up
    600 g salmon fillet portion
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Heat oven to 300 °C
  • Grill in the oven for 7-8 minutes (timer), or until cooked through
  • Decorate with (i)
    chive
  • Serve
