Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 200 °C
  • Add (i) into a bowl
    100 g first clear flour T110, 100 g plain flour T55, 1 teaspoon salt
  • Mix everything together
  • Add (i) and mix it together using your fingers
    5 ml olive oil
  • Add (i) and knead it together until you get a smooth dough
    10 ml water
  • Take out a big pie plate and brush it with oil
  • Spread the dough with your fingers throughout the pie plate and up along the edges
  • Prick the dough with a fork
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (timer)
  • Take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit
  • At the same time start with the rest of the dish
  • Mix (i) together in a bowl
    4 eggs, 200 ml milk 1,5%
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Add the mixture on top of the quiche crust
  • Heat a casserole on medium heat
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has collapsed, stirring now and then
    400 g spinach
  • Drain off the water
  • Arrange it on top
  • Arrange (i) on top
    200 g smoked salmon
  • Push gently the toppings down with a fork
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes (timer), or until done
  • Serve

Notes

You can replace the milk with water for a lighter version if you prefer
