Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 200 °C
  • Add (i) into a bowl
    530 g canned green lentils, 2 onions, 2 cloves garlic, 300 g carrots, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • Season (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Stir it all together thoroughly
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Let it rest for 30 minutes (timer)
  • Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
  • Shape the patties with a tablespoon and your fingers and place them on to the baking tray
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (timer)
  • If necessary leave them an extra few minutes under the grill to add more colour
  • Serve

Notes

The weight of the individual vegetables can vary so just aim at getting as close to the exact weight as possible
