Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Add (i) into a bowl
    400 g plain flour T55, 11 g baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt
  • Mix everything together
  • Make a well in the center
  • Add (i) and mix it together
    2 tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons light honey, 200 ml water
  • With your hands, gently punch down on the dough and fold together until it becomes silky, 1-2 minutes
  • Shape it into a ball. Cut it in half and cut again in half, then half each again, for a total of 8 pieces
  • Heat a non-stick grill pan on medium heat
  • On a clean surface sprinkled with flour, with your hands shape the dough to a rectangle design around 0,5 millimetres in thickness
  • Drizzle with (i)
    olive oil
  • Cook for 1,5-2 minutes
  • Drizzle with (i)
    olive oil
  • Turn it around
  • Cook for 1,5-2 minutes
  • Continue with the next one
  • Serve

Notes

Add more water if necessary but be careful when adding since the dough quickly gets too thin
