Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan on medium heat and add (i)
    1 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Add (i) and fry and stir until getting crisp, about 5 minutes (timer)
    400 g pork and beef sausage
  • When done put aside for later, cover with tin foil
  • Add (i) and fry for 1 minute
    500 g gnocchi
  • Stir in (i) to deglaze the pan, to release all the flavours
    500 ml water
  • Add (i)
    1 cube chicken stock cube
  • Bring to a boil and let it cook for 3 minutes with the lid on
  • Add (i) and cook gently for 5 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
    400 g bok choy
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Return the sausage to the pan
  • Let it simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes
  • Serve immediately
