A very simple dish to make, using cherry tomatoes with garlic and feta cheese. Just 20 minutes in the oven and you have a delicious meal

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to without fan200 °C
  • Put (i) into an ovenproof dish
    800 g cherry tomatoes
  • Mix (i) together in a bowl
    4 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Add the mixture on top of the oven dish
  • Stir everything together
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (timer)
  • Decorate (i) and serve
    100 g feta cheese

Notes

How many tomatoes you leave on the branch is up to you, they can be difficult to remove from the branch when served on the dish but it adds to the flavour and a better presentation
