  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan and add (i)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has softened
    1 onion, 2 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) cover with a lid and cook gently for 45 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
    400 g canned whole plum tomatoes
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Add (i) cover with a lid and cook gently for 30 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
    400 g green beans, 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Serve

Notes

The easy way to remove the stem is doing it using a scissor
