Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 300 °C
  • Add (i) into an ovenproof and grill proof dish
    600 g salmon fillet portion
  • Skinless side up
  • No need for additional oil or fat
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Grill in the oven for 7-8 minutes (timer), or until cooked through
  • Serve

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the fish, as this can result in it become dry and with less flavour
