Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat
  • Add (i) and fry and stir for 2-3 minutes
    2 tablespoons sunflower oil, 4 cloves garlic, 2 springs rosemary
  • Add (i)
    800 g lamb leg steaks bone-in
  • Season generously with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Fry on both sides for around 1-2 minutes
  • Take it off the pan and leave it to rest
  • Decorate with (i)
    1 teaspoon rosemary flowers
  • Serve

Notes

The rosemary flowers are not necessary, however they add a delightful flavour and enhance the presentation
