Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Heat a saucepan and add (i)
  • Add (i) and fry and stir on medium heat until softened, 6-7 minutes (timer)
    2 onions
  • Add (i) and stir for 2 minutes
    1,5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Add (i) and cook gently for 15 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
    250 g white mushroom, 250 ml water
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool a bit
  • Add it to a blender and let it run for several minutes until you obtain a smooth texture
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Return it to the saucepan
  • Heat slowly
  • Serve
