  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 230 °C
  • Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
  • Add (i)
    1 sheet filo pastry square sheet
  • Spread (i) evenly, keep 1-2 centimeters free of the edge
    300 g Greek natural yogurt
  • Heat a sauté pan on medium heat
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has collapsed, stirring now and then
    150 g spinach
  • Drain and squeeze off the water
  • Spread it evenly on top of the tart
  • Heat a sauté pan on medium heat
  • Add (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 3 minute
    1 onion, 2 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and cook and stir until golden
    250 g white mushrooms, 4 sprigs thyme
  • Season generously with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Spread it evenly on top of the tart
  • Spread (i) evenly
    150 g gruyère cheese
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (timer), or until golden brown and bubbling
  • Cut it into squares
  • Serve immediately

Notes

You can replace the gruyère cheese with a similar type of cheese
If used as a starter the servings should be doubled up
