Ingredients (i)
 

  • onion2 onions - peel and finely chop
  • potato1000 g potatoes - peel and cut into slices of 0,5 centimetre
  • olive oil2 tablespoons olive oil
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to 200 °C
  • Take out an ovenproof dish and brush it with oil
  • Add (i) into one layer
    2 onions
  • Add (i) and place them upright one after the other
    1000 g potatoes
  • Season generously with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Drizzle with (i)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Bake in the oven for 60 minutes (timer)
  • Do not open the oven door
  • If necessary leave them an extra few minutes under the grill to add more colour
  • Serve
