Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
Add (i) into a blender
300 ml sweetened condensed milk, 300 ml heavy cream 36%, 150 ml lime juice
Blend for 4-5 minutes until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture
Stir in (i)
60 g frozen pineapple
Transfer it to a dessert dish or portion dishes
Decorate with (i)
frozen pineapple
Put in the fridge for 12 hours
