Ingredients (i)
 

  • olive oil2 tablespoons olive oil
  • onion2 onions - peel and finely chop
  • garlic1 head garlic - peel and finely grate
  • potato300 g potatoes - peel and roughly chop
  • water300 ml water
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a saucepan and add (i)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has softened
    2 onions, 1 head garlic
  • Add (i) and bring to a simmer
    300 g potatoes, 300 ml water
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Simmer for 30 minutes (timer)
  • Stir regularly
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool a bit
  • Add it to a blender
  • Let it run for several minutes until you obtain a smooth texture
  • Return it to the saucepan
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Heat slowly
  • Serve
