Ingredients (i)
 

  • potato1200 g potatoes - scrub and cut into wedges
  • onion2 onions - peel, cut in half and slice
  • garlic4 cloves garlic - peel and finely grate
  • dried oregano1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • olive oil3 tablespoons olive oil
  • olive oil1 tablespoon olive oil - to sprinkle with
  • lemon1 lemon - cut into wedges
  • tomato800 g tomatoes - remove the stem, cut in half horizontally, cut in four from the top, making eight triangular pieces
  • white fish fillet800 g white fish fillet - cut into pavé and remove the skin, use the one in season
  • flat leaf parsley0,5 handful flat-leaf parsley - roughly chop - rinse before use
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to without fan200 °C
  • Put (i) into an ovenproof dish
    1200 g potatoes, 2 onions, 4 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Mix everything together with your hands and distribute evenly
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (timer)
  • Turn everything over
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (timer) until potatoes are done
  • Add (i)
    1 lemon, 800 g tomatoes
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (timer)
  • Add (i) on top
    800 g white fish fillet
  • Sprinkle with (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (timer)
  • Decorate (i) and serve
    0,5 handful flat-leaf parsley

Notes

White fish could be cod, haddock, hake, cusk, tilapia, pollock, striped bass, or white sea bass
