A basic spaghetti and vegetables dish with a poached egg added on top with freshly ground black pepper. This dish is easy to make and you can play with the vegetables and spices to make it your own

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Fill a casserole with water
  • Add (i) put the lid on and bring to a boil
    100 g carrots, 150 g cauliflower
  • When boiling turn off the heat and leave it with the lid on until later
  • Cook (i) in salted water according to the package but still al dente
    80 g spaghetti pasta, salt
  • Poach (i)
    1 egg
  • Arrange the pasta on a plate
  • Arrange the vegetables around it
  • Add the poached egg on top
  • Decorate (i) and serve
    black pepper

Notes

Alternatively use wholemeal pasta instead of white pasta
