Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil
  • Cook (i) in salted water according to the package but still al dente
    400 g spaghetti pasta, salt
  • Keep the cooking water for later
  • At the same time start with the rest of the dish
  • Heat a casserole big enough for the final dish and add (i)
    80 ml olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently for 1 minutes without getting brown
    4 cloves garlic
  • Add the cooked pasta
  • Add (i)
    40 g parmesan cheese, 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
  • Add (i) and stir it together
    200 ml cooking water
  • Add more cooking water if necessary
  • Season generously with (i)
    black pepper
  • Decorate with (i)
    parmesan cheese
  • Serve immediately

Notes

Alternatively use wholemeal pasta instead of white pasta
To add some heat to the dish you can add some chili flakes together with the parsley
