Ingredients (i)
 

  • olive oil15 ml olive oil
  • garlic6 cloves garlic - peel and cut into slices
  • tomato400 g tomatoes - remove the stem, cut in half horizontally, cut in four from the top, making eight triangular pieces
  • saltsalt - to your taste
  • black pepperblack pepper - freshly ground from a pepper mill, to your taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan and add (i)
    15 ml olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently for 5 minutes (timer), stirring now and then
    6 cloves garlic
  • Add (i) and fry and stir on high heat for 2 minutes
    400 g tomatoes, salt, black pepper
  • Serve
