Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Preheat oven to without fan200 °C
  • Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
  • Add (i)
    2 wraps
  • Spread (i) evenly across the top of the wraps, keep 1-2 centimeters free of the edge
    160 g mascarpone cheese
  • Add (i) on top in one layer
    250 g potatoes
  • Season with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Sprinkle (i) on top
    1 spring rosemary
  • Drizzle with (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (timer) until golden brown
  • Serve immediately

Notes

You can use tortillas instead of wraps, however take into account that they are usually smaller 
You can use a mandolin to slice the potatoes
