Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Add (i) into a blender
    200 ml olive oil extra virgin, 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
  • Let it run for several minutes until you obtain a smooth texture
  • Put in the fridge to cool down
  • Mix (i) together
    3 egg yolks, 0,5 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Whisk the mix and add the green oil slowly
  • Let it rest in the fridge until use
  • Serve
