Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Bring a large casserole of water to the boil
  • Cook (i) in salted water according to the package
    500 g gnocchi
  • Drain off the water
  • Put aside for later
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat
  • Add (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook gently until it has softened
    2 cloves garlic
  • Turn off the heat
  • Add the cooked gnocchi
  • Add (i) and stir it together
    100 g canned white crab meat, 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Season generously with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Stir everything together
  • Serve immediately

Notes

You can replace the canned crab meat with cooked fresh crab meat
