Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients according to the list above and read through the recipe before starting
  • Heat a sauté pan big enough for the final dish and add (i)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Add (i) and cook and stir until it has softened
    1 onion
  • Add (i) and cook and stir until it has browned
    250 g minced beef
  • Add (i) and cook for 1 minute
    70 g tomato paste
  • Add (i) and cook and stir for 2 minutes
    6 cloves garlic, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Add (i) and bring to the boil
    1000 ml water, 2 beef stock cubes
  • Add (i)
    350 g fusilli pasta
  • Bring to a simmer and let it simmer for 10 minutes (timer) with the lid on, stirring now and then
  • Take off the heat when the pasta is cooked al dente
  • Adjust the seasoning with (i)
    salt, black pepper
  • Stir in (i)
    100 g cheddar cheese, 50 g flat-leaf parsley
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes (timer), while keeping the lid on
  • Serve
